David La China – DirectorDavid has over 20 years of broad-based professional experience servicing corporate and financial investors in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising. He has completed M&A advisory, due diligence, valuation, and M&A negotiation and structuring transactions assignments for clients principally in the services and high-technology industries and in private equity. David has substantial international experience including cross-border transactions.

Southeast Asia with responsibilities for Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam and as Transaction Services Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers seconded from the US to Bangkok, Thailand and Milan, Italy. In addition, David was the CFO for an Italian company where he implemented an acquisition based growth strategy growing the company from $2 million to $50 million in just over 3 years; a Lead Financial Analyst for a Fortune 500 technology company, the Director of Financial Administration for a start-up international economic development project, and has extensive experience relating to assurance services specializing in emerging and high-growth companies and practicing before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
David holds an MBA from the University of Florida, a BA in Accounting, and a BA in Finance, both from the University of Maryland, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. David has lived and worked in the US, Micronesia, Italy, and Thailand.
