James Keane – Director

James has ten years of accounting and transaction experience. James is responsible for leading transaction teams at CTS and has advised on numerous transactions for financial and strategic buyers and lenders. James’ transaction experience covers a variety of industries, including: media, leisure, entertainment, technology and communication. In 2006, James relocated to Dallas, TX to expand CTS' presence and enhance our ability to quickly service our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining CTS, James spent five years in the audit and transaction services fields ________

leading and working on media, manufacturing, financial services and transportation projects. James' prior work experience included AmericanCapital Strategies and PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at American Capital Strategies James managed pre- and post- investment financial and business due diligence reviews, performed quarterly valuations and prepared monthly financial analysis. At PwC, James was a member of the audit and transition services practices. James’ concluding position at PwC was as a senior associate in the transaction services practice, where he provided buy and sell-side operational and financial due diligence to financial and strategic clients.

James passed the CPA examination and holds a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
