Sean Carlin – Vice President

Sean joined CTS in 2006 and is responsible for the execution and management of both financial due diligence and valuation engagements.  While at CTS, Sean has advised on over 50 transactions for senior and mezzanine lenders, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers.  His experience covers a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, restaurants, media and software (including recurring revenue valuations).

Sean earned a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.   He is a Certified Public Accountant in the District of Columbia and a CFA charterholder.
