Sidney Glick – Director

Sidney brings over 14 years of due diligence, finance and accounting experience.  Prior to joining CTS Capital Advisors, LLC Sidney was a Vice President in the Financial Accounting and Consulting group at American Capital, a public leverage buyout firm, where he helped build a team of over 70 Certified Public Accountants and other financial professionals, to primarily perform all accounting and financial due diligence engagements, both pre-investment and recurring post investment engagements.  While at American Capital, Sidney was responsible for leading the accounting and financial due diligence on the purchase and investment of over 75 middle market companies across a wide range of ______________________

industries including commercial and consumer financial service, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, retail and service related companies. Sidney was also responsible for monitoring and valuing each quarter a $3B+ portfolio. _________

Prior to his tenure at American Capital, Sidney worked at KPMG, LLP, a global audit, tax and advisory firm where he was responsible for auditing various public companies primarily in the healthcare industry.

Sidney is a CPA and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.  Sidney is also a member of the Maryland Association of CPAs.
