Sean has 16 years of broad professional experience working on numerous transactions for senior and mezzanine lenders, private equity firms and strategic acquirers and sellers.  Sean has been involved in over 300 acquisition transactions globally, which represent an aggregate deal value of over $75 billion.  Sean's transaction experience covers a variety of industries including: telecom, software, manufacturing, government contracting, automotive, media, retail, restaurants, healthcare and service industries.

Prior to co-founding CTS Capital Advisors, he was a senior member of the Transaction _____

Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, DC.  Sean advised both strategic and financial investors in all aspects of merger, acquisition, joint venture, capital investment, divestiture and business enterprise valuations. 

Sean developed significant sell-side diligence and advisory experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he coordinated and managed three separate transaction teams worldwide for Lucent over a two-year period.  Each transaction was valued around $1 billion.

Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, an MBA and an MS in Accounting from Northeastern University.  Sean is a CPA in the State of Maryland.
